This Privacy Policy describes how The Radio Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Pinoy Radio Stream (the "App"), available on Google Play and other platforms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Pinoy Radio Stream is designed to work without creating an account, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Pinoy Radio Stream collects very limited information, and most of it stays on your device.

Information stored locally on your device

The App saves the following preferences and data using your device's local storage (SharedPreferences on Android):

• Favorite stations — a list of station IDs you have marked as favorites
• Theme preference — whether you use dark or light mode
• Playback volume — your last selected volume level
• Equalizer settings (Android only) — whether the equalizer is enabled, your selected preset, and custom band levels

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you voluntarily contact us)
• Account credentials — the App does not require sign-up or login
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device
• Analytics or advertising identifiers through our own systems

Network activity

When you use the App, your device connects to:

• Radio stream servers — third-party servers that host live audio streams for each station. We do not control these servers and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
• Station catalog API (optional) — if configured, the App may request an updated list of stations from a remote server. This request does not include personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

Locally stored data is used solely to provide App functionality:

• Remembering your favorite stations
• Restoring your theme, volume, and equalizer preferences
• Delivering live radio streams when you select a station
• Refreshing the station catalog when you pull to refresh (if a remote API is available)

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The App relies on the following third-party components and services:

• Audio playback libraries — open-source libraries (such as just_audio) used to stream and play audio
• Radio broadcasters — when you listen to a station, your device connects directly to the broadcaster's stream URL
• Google Play — if you download the App from Google Play, Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that distribution channel
• Share functionality — when you share a station, your device's native share sheet is used; we do not receive the content of what you share

4. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device persists until you clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or reset your device. We do not retain copies of this data on our servers because we do not collect it.

5. Children's Privacy

Pinoy Radio Stream is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can manage your data at any time by:

• Removing favorite stations within the App
• Changing or resetting theme, volume, and equalizer settings in the App
• Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App to delete all locally stored data

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the right to access or delete personal data). Because we store data only on your device, clearing App data or uninstalling is the most effective way to remove it.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to design the App securely. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Local data on your device is protected by your device's operating system security.

8. International Users

Pinoy Radio Stream is developed in the Philippines and may be used by listeners worldwide. Radio streams are delivered from servers that may be located in various countries. By using the App, you understand that stream connections may cross international borders.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
